I trained under Tracy at 24-hour Fitness after I had a baby and the results were amazing! She helped me achieve my goals in a very short time by doing Core training, educating me about nutrition and the overall importance of exercise. She encouraged me along the way and by following her program my body fat decreased, my weight dropped and I gained a healthier understanding of how to eat better.  I’m currently training under Tracy again and I simply wouldn’t train under any one else!

Tracy Truran has been my trainer at TruPower Fitness since the first of the year. I got on the scale today, and I weighed exactly 30 lbs less than I did the day before I met her. In the past ten years, Tim Rando has been a personal trainer and nutritionist in several different health clubs including World Gym, Gold's Gym, and AC Fitness. He has worked in the fitness industry in Texas, Alabama, New Mexico, and now here in Nevada. Tim has a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition Sciences from UNLV. While in Alabama, he worked with NFL nine-time Pro Bowler Kevin Greene and his personal trainer Isaac, to learn how to train top-notch athletes, as well as big groups of people. Tim is also affiliated with the NPC (National Physique Committee), the sanctioning body for bodybuilding competitions nationwide, where he created Team Awesome Body.

On www.teamawesomebody.com he works with people all over the world through online personal training and nutritional counseling. His philosophy centers on the techniques of bodybuilding and the personal attention that keeps clients motivated and committed. Tim believes his methods in personal training are effective in bringing about overall health and well being for their clients. Since Tim is doing my diet it is still really really wonderful. I do well eating this way AND it seems to be working to fuel the muscles, fill them out, and chew up the body fat little by little.  I am seeing things at this stage of training that I have never seen before!  At my age, 64, I thought it could not be done! As a Personal Trainer she has complex understanding of the body to be able to simplify the movement needed to achieve personal goals set by her clients. Ginger trains by positive reinforcement and strives for clients to enjoy their workouts while creating muscle memory. Her personal experience with weight loss and muscle gain has guided her to be able to motivate others to achieve their goals. Ginger also has extensive experience in gym management in the past ten years, including Gold’s Gym, World Gym, EstroGym, Curves and AC Fitness.

During the last six weeks I have had the pleasure to be trained by Ginger Rando.
Ginger Rando is a natural coach.  She is a get-things-going person and thrives on being a facilitator and a catalyst in inspiring others to take action and make meaningful change in their lives.
Ginger is always upbeat, enthusiastic, and even if one "really isn't into" working out on a particular day, her enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious!  In fact, I always leave our training sessions with more energy than when I walked into her studio.  This is in spite of the strenuous workout that should have left me feeling exhausted.

She demonstrates an intuitive understanding of how to guide people.  Ginger is particularly effective with the use of positive reinforcement in taking her client’s physical capabilities and performance to the next level. Another aspect of Ginger’s training style is her keen ability to focus completely on the client. 
Anyone who trains with her will know that she is “in the moment” with you.  What I mean by this, is that Ginger is at all times totally focused on guiding her client through correct form, correct breathing, correct concentration on the muscle groups being utilized, and fostering the client’s positive mental attitude.   In this way, Ginger integrates into her training “the mind, the body, and the spirit”.  I truly respect her for approaching physical training from such a holistic point-of-view.  It is this kind of approach that leads to long-term, systemic change client’s lives.
I am also happy to report that Ginger is results-oriented.  Her nutrition expertise combined with her understanding of fitness has helped me accomplish a loss of 10 inches from my body in our first five weeks of working together.  I believe this is magnificent!

At this moment- I look forward with excitement of taking my fitness, my newfound belief in myself, and my renewed energy for living to the next level.  I would not, and could not think of taking that journey with anyone other than my trainer, Ginger Rando.
