Moving is good and Tracy Truran, founder of TruPower Fitness, has moved to Studio 222 Personal Training Center Las Vegas.  Located at 8645 W. Flamingo Suite 104, this beautiful new state of the art studio is "Eco Savvy."  From the recycled rubber floor to the recycled rubber dumbbells. Studio 222 is a private studio with no membership fee required.

Since the move Tracy, two-time nationally certified functional trainer and health coach has begun to specialize in helping those afflicted with Parkinson’s and Multiple Sclerosis (MS). “Working with these individuals, seeing them progress, by improving their range of motion and balance, not to mention gaining more strength, is an extremely rewarding experience.”

There is much hope and many exercises available for those with Parkinson’s and MS. Tracy plans to do more research and continue to expand this type of client base. As the research probes ahead, it is being discovered that MS and Parkinson’s patients need much more exercise than ever thought before.

Tracy utilizes various methods and equipment, from boxes and bands to kettle bells and medicine balls. “Mixing it up” is a phrase you will here often in this studio as confusing the muscular system and body in general is key in getting the job done. There is no chance of becoming bored or having to tolerate another stagnate workout once you begin your program with Tracy.

“People are always blaming their circumstances for what they are. I don't believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them.”- George Bernard Shaw
